Why Kool Kidz

Our teachers go above and beyond the state’s annual training requirements, completing double the mandated hours. Additionally, every teacher is certified in CPR and First Aid, has undergone a thorough background check, and holds a Food Handler’s Permit.

We are deeply committed to the ongoing professional development of our team. We actively assist and encourage our employees to pursue their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. As a result of this commitment, at least half of our current employees already hold a CDA, and the other half are actively in the process of earning theirs.
